  I booked an appointment so that I would have a consultants full attention for my wedding day nails but I felt very rushed through with several people turning up for non appointment visits being allowed to join the already crowded room.
  
  I will say my nails looked professional and once I asked to have the edges tidied up they were lovely but I wouldn't do this again as I hate cramped rooms and customer service is lacking with the language barrier.

  Very rough - threw our hands and feet around and made my 13 year old daughter bleed. Didn’t give us time to pick colours - just keep asking over and over again ‘“what colour”. Threw a towel at us and didn’t say what it was for. Also didn’t seem very clean. The overall result was fine (a few bumps) but the experience could have been much better.

  My wife and I went here for a pedicure and it was the worst one we have even had. They only rubbed our feet and painted her toenails. They didn't do what was on their brochure. Our feet are still very rough... $80 wasted. I hope this review sends them a message as I won't be back and I hope ppl don't go here as they have the same disappointment. Time and money wasted not happy at all

  Very rude staff, completely rushed through the whole experience, they were pulling on my hands. I wasn’t allowed Sufficient time to choose colours, when I did choose colours, they didn’t have what I selected, so when I wanted time to re choose from the selection they became impatient and suggested I come back another day. There was no other customers waiting. Staff stood over top of me waiting for an answer. Ended up picking a colour out of rush - that I’m not even happy with, I just wanted to leave. Was not happy with the level of service at all. A bad experience, I will never go back!

  I was in the bank next door and the smell from the nail studio coming through the air conditioning was terrible

  Terrible and rough job of filing down my acrylics, I had to redo it when I got home. We got them done 2 weeks ago and my mum has already had all her acrylics fall off. Would not recommend!

  I have been getting my nails done by sns here for a little while. Its a 50/50 chance of them being of poor quality. They seem to sometimes break by the first week. This is even when i always keep my nails really short.
  They also cut me a little too often. Which when they do I take too long to heal. This is a problem due to them not cleaning electric file pieces between customers.
  It's also quite annoying when they decide that you have to pay by cash that day and do not let access to their eftpos machine. I use credit card so very inconvenient.
  I am going to try and find somewhere else to go as the quality it very disappointing and I dont want to spend $55 a week on my nails when they should last 2-3 weeks.

  The lady was really fast doing it and I thought they turned out pretty good for the price.
  Would go back to get infills.

  It was okay at the beginning but after they put the acrylic on I was waiting for 20 minutes to get them shaped and painted. They were VERY rough and the experience was quite rushed even though it took an hour. It’s been about 3 hours or so and a couple of my nails hurt. Their customer service was quite poor, one guy left to answer his phone while half way through putting my friends acrylic on. While the lady who was taking care of me left to paint some other customers nail. They should employ more staff so they aren’t running around leaving customers waiting.

  worst experience ever my nails broke the next day and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. my real nail left bleeding and half missing wouldn’t recommend
